A shoe plug was found on the back of a car in central Istanbul on March 26, 2016 that was parked in a garage.
Police are searching for more clues in the case.
In July 2016, a car was hit by a car driven by an armed man who was driving a pickup truck with a small silver door and had a knife on it.
The driver was killed.
Turkey has been under a state of emergency since July 2016.
